Special
License Companies (CSL)
The CSL are Seychelles domestic companies granted with Special License. A CSL is
foreseen and considered as a tax-resident in Seychelles (1.5% on its worldwide
income). Its main purpose is to obtain the benefits of Double Taxation Avoidance
Agreements (DTAA) since a CSL falls within the ambit of a resident under the
DTAA.
